Additional equipment can be rented at cost + 30%. Requests for additional equipment are appreciated to be at least two weeks in advance. Requests made within two weeks may not be able to be accommodated.

Requests for equipment on the day of the event will be assessed the cost of the equipment plus a $25.00 charge per item.

Event staff assistance and audio-visual staff assistance are provided at no cost from 7:00am –10:00pm, Monday -Friday. Events requiring dedicated staff as determined by the Office of Meetings and Conferences and events on weekends may require staffing charges as listed above.

Video recording, webcasting, and photography services can be arranged by us and provided by our Student Affairs Office of Creative and Digital Services. Please contact your Event Administrator to request a quote. Requests are appreciated to be at least two weeks in advance. Requests made within two weeks may not be able to be accommodated.
