Welcome to the Office of Meetings and Conferences, a division of UIC Venues and Events.
The Office of Meetings and Conferences reserves and manages all meeting space within the University of Illinois at Chicago Student Center East, Student Center West, and Student Services Buildings, as well as outdoor locations. We host approximately 5,000 events annually, with over 200,000 attendees!
Whether you are looking to host a small meeting, a large multi-room conference, a dinner, or a summer conference, our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you in finding the right space and making your event a success. Our staff is well versed in room set up planning, audio-visual services, and catering consulting for our facilities. We are happy to serve Registered Student Organizations, University departments, and non-university clients.
